ntri B.V. (hereinafter: “we”) processes personal data of its customers, customers of customers, prospects and other contact persons. We do this to provide our customers with the best possible service and to help them achieve their objectives and carry out the desired work. Who are we?

We are ntri B.V. We have drawn up this privacy statement to provide clarity about all our processing, including when we process personal data together with other parties. Our business address is Venekoterweg 48, 8431 HH Oosterwolde.

We process the following personal data:
First and last name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, transaction data, areas of interest, IP address and cookie ID.

Customer administration and services

In our customer administration we keep track of who the customers of ntri B.V. are, with the associated relevant contact persons. We keep various personal data about these contacts so that we can optimally provide our services. This includes contact details to reach you, but also information about your areas of interest and activities so that we can provide you with the best possible information and advice. We also use data to send quotations and/or agreements and to deliver products and/or services.

We can be reached via various channels: telephone, e-mail and post. To make this possible, we also process personal data.

When we carry out an assignment for our customer, we also deal with personal data. We use a processing agreement for these types of assignments, which contains all the frameworks regarding the storage, management and processing of personal data.

Contact Form

You can contact us via our contact form on the website. Your data will therefore only be used once to establish contact. Your contact details may be stored on the website. They are not kept longer than necessary.

Special data

We process 1 type of special personal data, namely gender. We process this so that we can address you as ‘sir’ or ‘madam’.

Rights of data subjects

The GDPR, the General Data Protection Regulation, stipulates that every data subject has rights. We do our utmost to comply with this as best as possible.

  • Information and access: You can inspect the personal data that we collect from you. We would also like to tell you more about how and why we process that personal data.
  • Rectification: You can report a change to your personal data at any time, for example if you believe we have incorrect data about you.
  • Forgetting: You have the right to have your data deleted. It may happen that we still have to process them for other purposes, for example for administration or for the inactive mail file.

  • Objection, right to object: You can object to the processing of your data. If it concerns marketing purposes, we will end the processing as soon as possible.

  • Submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority: We would of course like to hear from you if you believe that we are not acting in accordance with the GDPR. Do you want to contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority directly? Then you can also file a complaint there.

Retention periods

We do not store personal data for longer than necessary or legally determined.

Basis of processing

As explained in this privacy statement, we process some personal data to carry out a legal obligation, some to carry out an agreement, some data with your consent and most to carry out the legitimate interest; being able to achieve our objectives.

Third party recipients

We engage service providers to carry out the work. This includes the server host, the supplier of our CRM system and the parties we work with. But also parties such as postal processors.

Personal data is only made available to third parties when this data is necessary for the third party to perform the relevant services. When we provide personal data to a third party, we ensure, among other things, with a processing agreement, that the data is not used for other purposes.
